🔒 Elevate Closing Procedure
Follow these steps to safely and completely shut down the facility at the end of the day.
📴 Step 1: Shut Down the Projectors
- Use the white projector remote
- Stand directly underneath the projector
- Press the power button twice to shut it down
🏠 Step 2: Exit TPS (TrackMan Software)
- Click the Home icon to exit the current session
- In the bottom-right corner, click Ryan Robillard
- Select Exit to fully close TPS
💻 Step 3: Shut Down the Computer
- Click the Start Menu (four blue squares)
- Select Power → Shut Down
📺 Step 4: Turn Off the TV
- Use the black TV remote
- Press Power to shut it off
🔌 Step 5: Unplug the Floor Cables
- Unplug both outlets beside the TrackMan box:
- One powers the TrackMan
- One powers the cooling fan
📱 Step 6: Lock the Camera Phone
- Press the lock button on the white iPhone (SuperSpeed sticker)
- Place it on the charger so it’s ready for the next day
💡 Step 7: Turn Off the Lights
- Flip all light switches off before you leave
✅ That’s it! The facility is now fully powered down and ready for the next day.
