Junior Golf Windsor: More Than a Junior Golf Clinic
Junior Golf Windsor families need more than a one-size-fits-all clinic. Elevate is building a clearer pathway for junior golfers across Windsor and Essex County, creating appropriate opportunities for players as they grow, develop and become more committed to the game.
The goal is simple: create better starting points, clearer next steps and more opportunities to learn, train, compete and get on the golf course throughout the year.
Fall 2026 introduces four new programs within that pathway, while the Elevate Junior Performance Team continues to provide year-round development for committed competitive golfers pursuing the game at a higher level.

SPARK
A great first experience with golf.
SPARK is designed specifically for golfers ages 4–6. The goal is not to create technically perfect golf swings. It is to help young golfers move, play, learn, build confidence and begin to enjoy being at the golf course.
Golf clubs are not required for SPARK. Equipment can be provided for juniors who are new to the game.
Girls Club
Learn the game. Build confidence. Have fun playing golf.
Girls Club is designed for girls ages 7–12 who are new to golf or looking to build a stronger foundation in the game. No previous golf experience is required. The focus is on learning the fundamentals in a fun, welcoming girls-only environment.
Girls Skills Program
Build skills. Get on the course. Develop confidence.
The Girls Skills Program is designed for girls who already have golf experience and want to keep developing in a small-group environment. The program combines coached skill development with real on-course learning. Players can practise, compete and apply what they are learning where it matters most.
Previous golf experience is required. This program is best suited to girls who are currently competing or working toward competitive golf in Fall 2026 or 2027. Players should bring their own golf clubs.
Elevate Development Team
A more structured approach to junior development.
The Elevate Development Team is designed for juniors ages 11+ who are already playing competitive golf and want to better understand their game, identify their biggest opportunities for improvement and experience a more structured, performance-focused training environment.
Your Elevate Junior Development Report
Every Development Team player will finish the fall with an individualized report designed to provide a clearer picture of their game and guide what they should focus on next.
This program is intended for juniors who are already playing competitive golf. Players should bring their own golf clubs.
Elevate Junior Performance Team
Year-round coaching and player development for committed competitive junior golfers.
The Elevate Junior Performance Team is our most comprehensive coaching program for competitive juniors who are ready to commit to their development. Players receive individual coaching, team training, performance testing, physical development, tournament support and ongoing communication within one structured year-round program.
