1. Account Check

  • ✅ Ask: “Have you hit balls here on TrackMan before?”
    • If yes → Search for their profile in TPS (TrackMan Performance Studio)
    • If no → Click Create Player and input name & email

2. Session Goals

  • Ask: “What would you like to work on today?” Options: • Just hitting balls / full swing • Short game / yardages • Simulated golf / play a virtual course
  • If they choose simulated golf → go to Step 5 (Golf Course Setup)
  • Otherwise → proceed to club selection or short game as needed

3. Club Selection Education

  • Show the customer in Shot Analysis the area showing their name and current club
  • Explain how they can click on the club name to change (ex: from driver → 7‑iron)
  • Confirm starting club or let them use the default if they prefer

4. Confirm Camera Angle

  • Since camera setup should already be running, confirm view: • Ask: “Do you want a face‑on, down‑the‑line, or another angle?” • Let them know they can unplug the camera from charger (if needed) and move it around to get desired angle • Adjust tripod / camera until they are happy

5. Golf Course Setup (If They Chose Simulated Golf)

  • In TPS, go to Virtual Golf / Course Play
  • Recommend Cabin Links (your preferred default)
  • Set your tee (starting hole) if desired
  • Warm-up: enable First Tee Warm‑Up (if available) so they can hit a few practice shots before starting the round
  • Set Fixed Putting mode (especially recommended for first‑timers) so putting surface behaves consistently

6. Short Game or Yardage Option (Non‑Course Play)

  • If working on short game / yardages: • Use Practice Range mode • For short game work on a course: recommend London Gardens as the course to simulate short holes

✅ Final: Ready to Start

  • Confirm: account/profile, club setup, course or mode, camera angle all set
  • Explain how to start round or practice mode in TPS
  • Let them know video & stats will record automatically
