The Framework We’re Building Toward
Our junior golf pathway in Windsor is designed to create a connected development journey from a golfer’s first experiences in the game through advanced competitive development.
Each stage serves a different purpose, but the pathway is designed to connect them. The goal is to help every junior golfer find an appropriate place to start, understand what the next step can look like and continue developing in the right coaching environment.
Not every stage launches at once. Elevate is introducing programs progressively so each stage can be built with the right coaching, development environment and long-term structure behind it.
Golfers can enter the pathway at different ages and experience levels rather than needing to begin at one specific stage.
Programs are designed to create continuity as players move from introductory golf into skill development, team training and competitive environments.
Coaching, practice, competition and support evolve as the golfer’s skills, independence and goals continue to grow.
Development Is More Than an Age Group
Age helps us create appropriate learning environments within the Elevate Junior Golf Pathway, but it does not determine a golfer’s entire development path. Players progress when their skills, experience, independence and goals show they are ready for the next challenge.
Skill Development
Players build the golf skills needed for their stage, including full swing, short game, putting, scoring and the ability to apply those skills on the golf course.
Experience & Independence
Progress also means becoming more independent. Players gradually take greater ownership of practice, preparation, routines and decision-making as they develop.
Competitive Readiness
More advanced programs require more than interest alone. Players need the skills, habits and golf experience to benefit from a more demanding training and competitive environment.
Goals & Commitment
The pathway should match where a golfer wants to go. As competitive goals increase, so do expectations around practice, coaching, preparation and commitment to improvement.
Moving forward is not about reaching the next program as quickly as possible. It is about placing each junior golfer in the environment that best supports their learning, enjoyment and long-term development.
Building the Pathway One Stage at a Time
The complete Elevate Junior Golf Pathway is the long-term framework. We are building toward it deliberately, introducing new junior golf programs in Windsor in phases so each stage has the right coaching, structure and development environment behind it.
Fall 2026
Pilot programs and competitive development
Fall 2026 is the first major step in expanding the pathway, with introductory, girls-only and competitive development programs running alongside the established Performance Team.
Winter 2026–27
Indoor expansion and two new pathway stages
Winter 2026–27 expands the pathway indoors at Elevate. SPARK, Girls Club, Girls Skills, Development Team and Performance Team continue, while IGNITE and LAUNCH are introduced for the first time.

Junior golf development at Elevate extends across multiple environments. The pathway connects year-round indoor training in Windsor, outdoor golf development at Sutton Creek Golf Club and physical preparation through Apex Performance & Wellness.
Elevate Performance Golf
Elevate provides the year-round indoor environment for coaching, skill development, testing and purposeful practice, allowing junior golfers to keep progressing throughout the winter and between outdoor seasons.
Sutton Creek Golf Club
Sutton Creek provides the outdoor golf environment where players can develop full-swing skills, putting, short game and on-course decision-making while learning to transfer practice into real play.
Apex Performance & Wellness
As players become more competitive, physical development becomes an increasingly important part of the pathway. Apex supports assessment and athletic development designed to complement each golfer’s technical and performance training.
By connecting coaching, purposeful practice, golf-course experience and physical development, the Elevate Junior Golf Pathway can provide players with a more complete development environment as their needs become more advanced.
