TPI Golf Assessment in Windsor
Understand how your body moves. Build a golf swing that works with it.
A personalized 60-minute assessment combining a head-to-toe physical screen with video and TrackMan swing analysis to better understand your mobility, stability, physical capabilities and how they connect to your golf swing.
Your Golf Swing Has to Work With Your Body
Golfers are often asked to make swing changes without first understanding whether their body can physically create the movement they are trying to make.
Every golfer moves differently. Mobility, stability, injury history, work history, athletic background and individual physical capabilities can all influence how you move throughout the golf swing.
A TPI Golf Assessment gives us a clearer blueprint of how your body currently moves. We can then compare that information with your actual golf swing to identify opportunities to improve your movement and make better coaching decisions around the swing that works for you.
Do you have the available movement needed to create the positions you are trying to make?
Can you control and support your movement as your body changes direction throughout the swing?
Previous injuries, work demands and lifestyle can influence the way your body is able to move today.
There is no single body type or movement pattern that every golfer needs to fit.
Assess the Body. Assess the Swing. Connect the Two.
The goal is not simply to complete a physical screen. We use what we learn about your movement alongside your actual golf swing to make more informed decisions about what to improve next.
Identify how you currently move and where mobility, stability or other physical capabilities may create opportunities for improvement.
Use video and TrackMan to evaluate how you actually move the golf club and what is happening in your ball flight.
Compare your physical capabilities with your golf swing to identify the priorities that can have the greatest impact on your development.
What Happens During a TPI Golf Assessment?
We combine a head-to-toe physical screen with an evaluation of your actual golf swing. The goal is to understand how you move, see how those physical capabilities show up in your swing and identify the most important opportunities for your development.
Understand How Your Body Moves
Your assessment begins with a TPI physical screen that evaluates movement throughout the body. We are looking at the mobility and stability you currently have available and how those capabilities may relate to the movements required in your golf swing.

Assess Your Golf Swing
Next, we watch you hit golf shots and evaluate your actual swing using video and TrackMan. This gives us a clearer picture of how you currently move the club and what is happening in your ball flight rather than making assumptions from the physical screen alone.
Connect Your Body + Swing
We bring the physical screen and golf swing together to explore how your current movement capabilities may be influencing your swing. From there, we can identify the most important opportunities for physical improvement, golf development or both.
More Than a Physical Screen
Your results are turned into clear priorities, personalized recommendations and practical next steps. You will understand what we found, how it may relate to your golf swing and what you can begin working on to improve.

TPI Assessments Aren’t Just for Elite Golfers
You do not need to be a competitive golfer, a low-handicap player or an athlete to benefit from understanding how your body influences your golf swing. A TPI Golf Assessment can provide useful information for golfers of different ages, abilities and goals.
Recreational Golfers
If you want to play better golf, move more efficiently or better understand why certain swing movements feel difficult, an assessment can provide a clearer starting point.
Golfers With Physical Limitations
Previous injuries, mobility restrictions, work history or other physical limitations can influence how you move. The assessment helps us understand your current capabilities and coach around them more intelligently.
Golfers Struggling With a Swing Change
If you keep trying to create a position or movement that feels difficult, a physical screen can help determine whether your current movement capabilities may be part of the challenge.
Golfers Looking for More Speed
Understanding how your body moves can help establish the physical foundation for future speed and power development and identify where additional assessment may be valuable.
Junior Golfers
For developing golfers, understanding movement and physical capabilities can help support better coaching decisions as their golf skills, athletic abilities and bodies continue to develop.
Competitive Golfers
Competitive players can use the assessment to establish objective information, identify development priorities and better coordinate golf coaching with their physical development.
There is no single physical profile or golf swing that every golfer needs to match. The purpose of the assessment is to understand how you move today, identify opportunities to improve and make coaching decisions that fit your individual body, golf swing and goals.
More Than a Movement Screen
Your physical assessment is being interpreted by a golf coach who can connect what we learn about your body with what is actually happening in your golf swing.
At Elevate, the goal is not simply to identify physical findings. We combine TPI screening with golf coaching, video and TrackMan data to better understand the complete golfer and make more informed decisions about what should happen next.
Body
TPI screening helps us understand your current mobility, stability and individual movement capabilities.
Golf Swing
Video allows us to see how those physical capabilities may be showing up in the way you actually move throughout your swing.
Ball Flight
TrackMan gives us objective information about the club and ball so our recommendations are connected to your actual golf performance.

Common Questions About Your Assessment
Your assessment is designed to be practical, individualized and directly connected to your golf. Here are answers to some of the most common questions golfers may have before booking.
What is a TPI Golf Assessment?
A TPI Golf Assessment evaluates how your body currently moves and explores how those physical capabilities may relate to your golf swing. At Elevate, the assessment combines a personalized physical screen with video and TrackMan swing analysis so we can look at both your movement and your actual golf performance.
Do I need to be a good golfer to have a TPI assessment?
No. The TPI Golf Assessment is available to golfers of different abilities and experience levels. You do not need to be a competitive golfer or low-handicap player. Understanding how your body moves can be valuable whether you are relatively new to golf, a recreational player or an experienced competitive golfer.
What happens during the physical screen?
You will complete a series of movement screens designed to help evaluate mobility, stability and other physical capabilities relevant to golf. The goal is to build a clearer picture of how your body currently moves and identify areas that may deserve additional attention.
Will you also look at my golf swing?
Yes. This is an important part of the assessment at Elevate. You will hit golf shots while we use video and TrackMan to evaluate your actual swing and ball flight. We then compare what we see in your swing with what we learned from your physical assessment rather than making assumptions from the physical screen alone.
What should I bring to my TPI Golf Assessment?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring the golf clubs you normally use. Because you will be completing both physical screening and golf swing testing, you should arrive prepared to move and hit golf shots.
What do I receive after the assessment?
You receive a personalized summary of your assessment, key findings, body-swing observations, development recommendations and individualized exercises or golf drills where appropriate. Your information is delivered through CoachNow so you can revisit the priorities and recommendations after your session.
Can a TPI Golf Assessment diagnose or treat an injury?
No. A TPI Golf Assessment at Elevate is a golf and movement assessment, not a medical diagnosis or treatment service. We can consider your injury history and current physical capabilities when evaluating how you move, but medical concerns should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional.
How long is the TPI Golf Assessment?
The TPI Golf Assessment is a 60-minute appointment. During that time we complete the physical screen, evaluate your golf swing and begin connecting the findings into clear development priorities.
How much does a TPI Golf Assessment cost?
The 60-minute TPI Golf Assessment is $140, including HST.
Are TPI Golf Assessments available for junior golfers?
Yes. TPI Golf Assessments are available for junior golfers as well as adults. Ryan is TPI Junior Level 3 Certified, allowing the assessment to be considered within the broader context of long-term junior golf and athletic development.
When should I be reassessed?
There is no automatic reassessment schedule for every golfer. At the end of your assessment, we will discuss your results, your development priorities and whether future testing would be useful based on your individual goals and progress.
Elevate’s TPI Golf Assessment is designed to help golfers better understand movement, physical capabilities and the Body-Swing Connection. It does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation from a qualified healthcare professional.
Stop Guessing. Start With an Assessment.
Understand how your body moves, how that movement relates to your golf swing and where your biggest opportunities to improve may be. Leave with clear priorities and a personalized plan for what to work on next.
